Wastewater treatment system utilizing ozone, microbubbles, nanobubbles, and activated carbon-containing carriers.

By generating micro-nano bubbles containing strong oxidizing ozone and reacting them with wastewater in the raw water adjustment tank, a wide range of effects can be expected, such as "decomposition of organic matter and refractory substances" and "deodorization and decolorization." In the aeration tank, powerful aeration containing ozone micro-nano bubbles allows for "decomposition of suspended solids in the liquid" and "suppression of excess sludge generation," while simultaneously achieving "adsorption and decomposition (microbial treatment) of COD, BOD components, and ammonia" using a super porous carrier containing activated carbon. These features enable direct discharge into rivers, waterways, and sewage without going through a sedimentation tank. Additionally, the installation does not require large-scale construction, allowing for the existing equipment to remain in place. Since excess sludge generation is minimized, costs for industrial waste disposal and coagulants can be reduced, and space and energy savings can also be anticipated. [Case Study] Washing and Maintenance Wastewater Treatment at a Bus Maintenance Facility

Annual cost reduction of approximately 2.2 million yen. We have installed an Aqua Blaster at the bus depot.

Before the introduction, a large amount of oil sludge was generated, but by installing an Aqua Blaster in the existing water tank and performing aeration, we successfully reduced the generation to one-sixth. Since the oil sludge was being treated as industrial waste through incineration, this also indirectly cut CO2 emissions by one-sixth. Although electricity consumption and maintenance costs for the Aqua Blaster increased, we significantly reduced the sludge recovery costs (cleaning costs), resulting in an annual cost reduction of 2.2 million yen.
